Current marketplace model

CAMPORA does not currently process peer-to-peer payments through an integrated checkout. Users arrange payment and fulfilment directly unless a future CAMPORA payment service says otherwise.

When a payment service is added

The refund process, eligible transactions, timelines and support route will be displayed before users complete a transaction through that service.

Legal rights

This policy does not attempt to exclude consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
